We are supporting a major Aerospace & Defence organisation in the build-out of a large-scale delivery function for an exciting programme of work.
As part of this exciting initiative, we are seeking a number of experienced Delivery Managers with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the Aerospace and/or Defence sectors.
These positions offer the opportunity to work on cutting-edge programmes that are shaping the future of defence capability, digital engineering, manufacturing excellence, and operational support.
We are recruiting Delivery Managers across a number of specialist workstreams including: Software Factory Materials & Environment Capability Demonstration Manufacturing Digital Thread Through Life Support Structural Engineering EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) Software Delivery
Successful candidates will provide leadership and delivery oversight within their specialist area, ensuring successful execution of project objectives, stakeholder alignment, governance compliance, and programme outcomes.
These roles can be based remote with occasional travel to Reading.
