Summary: The Program Delivery Manager will oversee multiple Professional Services engagements focused on AI, UX, and Cloud implementation projects.   • Oversee documentation governance and project tracking using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Coordinate Go-Live activities and manage RAID/Risk Register.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and manage change requests and scope.
  • Facilitate resource and capacity planning.
  • Ensure strong communication and escalation management.
