Summary: The Delivery Lead role requires an experienced professional to oversee complex cloud and digital transformation projects within the Public Sector, necessitating active SC Clearance. The position involves leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of secure and scalable solutions while managing stakeholder relationships and compliance with government standards. This is a contract position with a fully remote working model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape delivery strategy and roadmaps for cloud-native/hybrid infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Manage sprint cycles, backlog prioritization, and delivery metrics (DORA) using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Review Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation workflows to ensure scalability and resilience.
- Navigate complex client contracts, manage third-party vendors, and lead service recovery for failed SLAs.
- Ensure all delivery aligns with GDS, NCSC, and ITIL standards.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in service delivery within digital or legacy environments.
- Deep understanding of Government Service Standards and secure delivery practices.
- Ability to manage internal charging mechanisms and interpret complex contracts.
- Expert at presenting technical risks to non-technical senior leadership.
