Summary: The role of Dayforce Test Analyst involves engaging in multiple contract opportunities focused on functional testing within large-scale Dayforce transformation programmes. Candidates will work on various workstreams including Core HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management, primarily in a remote capacity. The position requires strong experience in Dayforce testing and exposure to various testing methodologies. Successful candidates will contribute to significant global implementations and rollouts across EMEA and APAC regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in functional testing across multiple Dayforce workstreams.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing processes.
- Utilize Jira for defect management and tracking.
- Collaborate on large enterprise or global transformation programmes.
- Support the complex global Dayforce rollout and enterprise implementation.
Key Skills:
- Strong Dayforce functional testing experience.
- Exposure to SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with Jira and defect management.
- Experience in large enterprise or global transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of Payroll, WFM, or Full Position Management is advantageous.

We are currently supporting two large-scale Dayforce transformation programmes and are looking to engage multiple experienced Dayforce Testers across several workstreams. Opportunities are available across:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Workforce Management (WFM)
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Security & Permissions
- Integrations & End-to-End Testing
One programme is a complex global Dayforce rollout across EMEA and APAC, involving localisation, payroll transformation and integration into an existing global HR environment. The second is a large enterprise Dayforce implementation focused on Core HR foundations, workflows, organisation structures and security architecture.
We are interested in candidates with;
- Strong Dayforce functional testing experience
- Exposure to SIT, UAT and end-to-end testing
- Experience with Jira and defect management
- Experience working within large enterprise or global transformation programmes
- Experience with Payroll, WFM or Full Position Management would be advantageous.
