Summary: Our client is looking for a Dayforce HRIS Analyst (Consultant) to lead the configuration and deployment of Dayforce in a new implementation. The role requires hands-on Dayforce experience and the ability to guide HR and business leadership through system setup and optimization. This position is highly technical and strategic, ensuring that Dayforce provides a comprehensive HRIS solution. The consultant will also support payroll processing for the U.S. and deliver post-go-live stabilization support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead hands-on configuration of Dayforce modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits).
- Provide consultative guidance to HR and leadership, recommending best practices and solutions.
- Troubleshoot setup issues and resolve configuration gaps ahead of go-live.
- Support payroll processing for the U.S. only.
- Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and operational readiness given no HRIS support post-go-live.
- Deliver post-go-live stabilization support, with potential for long-term engagement or conversion to full-time.
Key Skills:
- Direct, hands-on experience configuring Dayforce HRIS (multiple modules).
- Strong expertise in U.S. Payroll.
- Ability to operate as a true consultant, influencing and guiding stakeholders.
- Previous experience with Dayforce implementations; divestiture experience a plus.
- Dayforce certification preferred, but will consider candidates with extensive relevant experience.
- Ability to commit to 30-40 hours/week, Central Time Zone hours.
- Available for immediate interviews (weekend or early Monday).
