Summary: Our client is looking for a Dayforce HRIS Analyst (Consultant) to lead the configuration and deployment of Dayforce in a new implementation. The role requires hands-on Dayforce experience and the ability to guide HR and business leadership through system setup and optimization. This position is highly technical and strategic, ensuring that Dayforce provides a comprehensive HRIS solution. The consultant will also support payroll processing for the U.S. and deliver post-go-live stabilization support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead hands-on configuration of Dayforce modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits).
  • Provide consultative guidance to HR and leadership, recommending best practices and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot setup issues and resolve configuration gaps ahead of go-live.
  • Support payroll processing for the U.S. only.
  • Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and operational readiness given no HRIS support post-go-live.
  • Deliver post-go-live stabilization support, with potential for long-term engagement or conversion to full-time.

Key Skills:

  • Direct, hands-on experience configuring Dayforce HRIS (multiple modules).
  • Strong expertise in U.S. Payroll.
  • Ability to operate as a true consultant, influencing and guiding stakeholders.
  • Previous experience with Dayforce implementations; divestiture experience a plus.
  • Dayforce certification preferred, but will consider candidates with extensive relevant experience.
  • Ability to commit to 30-40 hours/week, Central Time Zone hours.
  • Available for immediate interviews (weekend or early Monday).

The successful candidate must have direct, hands-on Dayforce experience and the ability to operate as a consultative partner, guiding the business through system setup, troubleshooting, and optimization.
