Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including runtime fabric, API gateway, and control plane.
• Monitor and optimize MuleSoft application performance, availability, and scalability.
• Manage deployments, configurations, and upgrades of MuleSoft applications and APIs. Implement and enforce security policies, access controls, and governance standards.
• Administer MQ environments (e.g., IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ), including queue creation, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery configurations for both MuleSoft and MQ systems.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and DevOps teams to support integration solutions.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide on-call support and incident resolution for integration and messaging platforms.
• 4+ years of experience in MuleSoft administration and platform support.
• Strong hands-on experience with MQ technologies (IBM MQ preferred).
• Proficiency in managing APIs, policies, and runtime environments in MuleSoft.
