Summary: We are looking for a Varicent ICM Developer to spearhead the design, configuration, and implementation of the Varicent Incentive Compensation Management platform. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to create a scalable solution that aligns with incentive compensation strategies. The developer will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation process and ensuring the accuracy and performance of the system. The position is remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Varicent ICM platform, including system design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with business and product teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional Varicent models.
  • Design and develop calculation logic, workflows, and reporting metrics using Varicent Composer, Reports Studio, and Web Admin tools.
  • Configure compensation plans, quotas, crediting rules, and incentive structures within Varicent.
  • Build and maintain integrations with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS) for data ingestion and export.
  • Perform data modeling, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Create dashboards and reports to support compensation analytics and business insights.
  • Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end users and stakeholders.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and ongoing enhancements.
