Database Architect

Summary: The Database Architect will be a key member of the Data Governance team, responsible for overseeing multiple projects related to the design, development, and testing of ETL processes for the data warehouse. This role involves documenting existing schemas, defining technical architecture, and performing various analysis and documentation tasks to support the Enterprise Data Warehouse. The position requires hands-on expertise with Informatica and experience in data warehouse development. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test ETL processes for the data warehouse.
• Document existing schemas and define technical architecture.
• Perform analysis and documentation tasks to support the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Create source to target mapping database documentation.
• Assist with migrating data from legacy databases to new target databases.

Key Skills:

• Deep hands-on expertise with Informatica ETL processes and data management.
• Experience with data warehouse development and testing using Oracle and SQL Server.
• Ability to analyze and generate technical requirements and design.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling in a data warehouse environment.
• Experience with the Informatica product suite in the Informatica cloud.
