Summary: The Data Administrator role involves supporting a large-scale ERP implementation by ensuring the accuracy and readiness of critical business data during migration. The position focuses on maintaining high data quality standards across multiple source systems to facilitate a smooth transition to the new ERP platform. This is a fully remote contract position with the possibility of extension. The role is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performed comprehensive data cleansing activities across vendor and customer master data within legacy/source systems ahead of ERP migration.
  • Validated migrated data within the ERP platform against source system records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Managed and reconciled vendor and customer master data, including purchase orders and associated transactional data.
  • Identified and resolved data discrepancies, duplicates, and quality issues in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Cleaned and standardised customer-facing project data to ensure consistency, usability, and reporting accuracy within the ERP environment.
