Summary: The Data Warehousing Administrator is responsible for coordinating the technical functions of data administration related to the development and maintenance of data warehouses. This role involves facilitating change control, problem management, and communication among various stakeholders while ensuring a well-integrated data warehouse infrastructure. The administrator also provides product support, performs design and construction tasks, and implements data verification and testing methods. The position requires a strong background in data warehousing and relevant certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate data administration technical functions for data warehouse development and maintenance.
  • Facilitate change control, problem management, and communication among data architects, programmers, analysts, and engineers.
  • Establish and enforce processes for a consistent and well-integrated data warehouse infrastructure.
  • Provide product support and maintenance of the data warehouse.
  • Perform data warehouse design and construction.
  • Prepare and implement data verification and testing methods for the data warehouse.

Key Skills:

  • Five (5) years relevant experience.
  • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
  • Possesses or able to obtain Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance and Tier 3 Investigation (T3).
  • IC Agile Certification.
  • IAT Level II or 8140.03 equivalent certification(s).
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate SQL Server.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate for SQL Database Development or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of the Agile framework and implementation.
  • Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) ETL jobs.
  • Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining SQL Stored Procedures.

DATA WAREHOUSING ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Remote

Coordinates the data administration technical function for both data warehouse development and maintenance. Facilitates change control, problem management, and communication among data architects, programmers, analysts, and engineers. Establishes and enforces processes to ensure a consistent, well managed, and well-integrated data warehouse infrastructure. Provides product support and maintenance of the data warehouse. Performs data warehouse design and construction. Prepares/implements data verification and testing methods for the data warehouse.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Five (5) years relevant experience
  • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
  • Possesses or able to obtain (Formerly IT-II) Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance and Tier 3 Investigation (T3)
  • IC Agile Certification

Required Certifications:

  • IAT Level II or 8140.03 equivalent certification(s)
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate SQL Server
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate for SQL Database Development (Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate is acceptable as a more recent substitute and covers both SQL certifications)
  • Necessary Delivery Skills/Knowledge:
  • Working knowledge of the Agile framework and implementation
  • Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) ETL jobs
