Summary: This role as a Data Services Developer is integral to the Data Team within a global SuccessFactors programme, focusing on developing and delivering a data services-led migration solution. The developer will collaborate with team members and client stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and alignment of data services jobs. The position requires hands-on experience with SAP Data Services and knowledge of HR processes and data governance. SC clearance eligibility is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a data services-led migration solution.
• Develop and test SDS jobs.
• Liaise with client Process Owners and Functional Leads to ensure alignment with solution requirements.
• Identify and address data quality issues through analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR principles during data migration.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience using and developing on SAP Data Services.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HR tables and structures.
• Experience with SAP Data Migration project lifecycles.
• Understanding of HR processes.
• Experience with data analysis and data quality identification.
• Familiarity with data governance and management principles.
• Strong interpersonal and engagement skills.
