Data Scientists x 2 (Python/Databricks/ML) £470 - £505/day, Remote, Outside IR35, 12 month Contract
Work anywhere in the UK helping a major international retailer improve its marketing decisions through advanced data science, machine learning and customer analytics.
We're hiring Data Scientists across two key workstreams:
1. Machine Learning & Customer Decisioning: Developing production ML models using statistical matching, feature engineering and predictive analytics to improve customer targeting, campaign effectiveness and marketing decisions.
2. Customer & Loyalty Analytics: Analysing large-scale customer, payment and loyalty data, applying statistical modelling, cohort analysis and weighting techniques to better understand customer behaviour and measure commercial performance.
You'll need advanced Python and SQL skills, alongside strong hands-on Databricks experience. You'll be comfortable working with large datasets, developing reliable analytical solutions and using Git/Azure DevOps to support production delivery. Experience in retail, CRM, marketing analytics or MLOps would be particularly valuable.
These are 12-month contracts, working remotely from anywhere in the UK with very occasional client site visits, alongside an experienced team of data specialists.
