Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end analytical data modeling lifecycle in BigQuery using dbt.
- Architect and scale reliable data pipelines utilizing SQL, Python, and distributed processing frameworks.
- Define and track mission-critical metrics for developer productivity, platform health, and AI/ML integrations.
- Design and deliver story-driven, self-serve dashboards using Looker or Tableau.
- Drive data excellence by implementing CI/CD for dbt models and mentoring team members.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Data Engineering.
- Expert-level SQL skills and proven track record with dbt and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery).
- Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, or Flyte.
- Strong Python proficiency for data analysis and building scalable data processing scripts.
- Experience in experimentation, ML/AI metrics, or measuring software developer productivity.

This is a high-impact 6-month contract for a Data Scientist who thrives at the intersection of analytics and engineering. You will be instrumental in building robust data products that measure platform health and ML/AI adoption using a cutting-edge stack including BigQuery, dbt, and Python.
The Role

What You'll Need
