Data Scientist | 60/hr | Remote

Summary: The Data Science – AI Trainer role involves designing and delivering AI and data science training modules for learners of varying skill levels. The position requires guiding participants through hands-on projects, providing feedback, and collaborating with the customer’s team to refine training content. The trainer will also create assessments and mentor learners while communicating complex concepts effectively. This is a remote, hourly contract position with a commitment of 10–40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver structured AI and data science training modules for learners at different skill levels.
• Guide participants through hands-on projects covering the full AI development lifecycle, with a focus on full-cycle prompting.
• Provide clear, actionable written and verbal feedback to improve learner performance.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to continuously refine training content and materials.
• Create assessments, project challenges, and interactive exercises to evaluate learner understanding.
• Mentor learners by resolving questions and challenges in a solution-oriented manner.
• Communicate complex AI and data science concepts clearly and effectively.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience working on AI-driven or data science projects.
• Experience with full-cycle AI prompting and model development workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with modern machine learning frameworks and data science tools.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely using digital tools and platforms.
