Summary: The Senior Data Scientist role focuses on leveraging extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and cloud technologies, particularly AWS, to drive data-driven business solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead Advanced Analytics projects end-to-end.
- Utilize data science modeling, forecasting, and analytics to provide data-driven solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and colleagues.
- Communicate findings effectively to internal and external clients.
- Work independently with business users and cross-functional leaders.
- Analyze ambiguous data sets to derive meaningful insights.
- Utilize AWS and other cloud environments for data science applications.
- Create and deliver presentations to multiple audiences.
- Utilize data analytic software such as R, Python, and SQL.
- Implement Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and manage data architecture.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Engineering, Analytics, or Information Management; Masters/PhD in Mathematics or Statistics preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in data science modeling, forecasting, and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning and ML operations engineering.
- 2+ years of experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Strong experience with Quicksight and open-source AI.
- Data Science Certifications and AWS Cloud certification preferred.
- Strong predictive and statistical modeling skills.
- Advanced expertise in data analytic software (R, Python, SQL).

Required Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in finance, Engineering, Analytics, or Information Management is required. Masters/Phd in Mathematics or Statistics preferred.
- 8+ years equivalent experience in data science modelling, forecasting, data analytics
- 3+ years in machine learning, ML operations engineering.
- 2+ years experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) or other cloud.
- Open-source AI experience preferred and should be strong on Quicksight and AWS.
- Data Science Certifications & Certified in AWS Cloud Preferred.
