Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate AI-generated data analysis for quality, accuracy, and relevance.

- Design prompts and create detailed rubrics for reward modelling and evaluation.
- Produce gold-standard responses, including data visualisations, explanatory notes, and executable Python code.
- Translate data science reasoning, decision-making, and expertise into gradable criteria for AI agents.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent, OR 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in Python data science libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy, scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of data analysis techniques, statistical modelling, and machine learning principles.
- Ability to identify patterns and trends in complex datasets and communicate insights clearly.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven writing skills.
