Project Overview

- The data warehouse resides in Azure; Alpha's ODS databasewill eventually become the new data source.
- The goal is to identify a resource for the Spark Reporting Team(business side), with both technical reporting skills and strong business acumen.

Must-Have Skills
- Power BI expertise: Creating dashboards, visuals, writing DAX, connecting to various data sources.
- Strong communication skills ability to interface directly with business stakeholders.
- Documentation experience: Gathering, analyzing, and refining requirements.
- Basic SQL skills querying databases, understanding data structure and flow.
- Comfortable working in a functional/business analyst hybrid role.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- SASexperience not required, but beneficial for non-visual/reporting tasks.
- Familiarity with Alphaand its ODS database preferred but rare.
- Experience using tools like iGrafxfor process documentation (or similar tools).
- Exposure to Purviewor other data governance tools.
