Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored legal advice on data protection and GDPR compliance.

• Conduct data mapping and audits, and develop privacy policies and staff data privacy notices.
• Potentially lead the growth of the firm's Data Privacy and GDPR offerings.

Key Skills:

• Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• 6+ years PQE as a specialist Data Protection and GDPR Lawyer.
• Experience from a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, US, or Top 50 firm.
• Experience working with start-ups and growth companies.
• Strong interest in providing legal advice related to Data Protection and GDPR.
• Deep understanding of GDPR and data privacy work.
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and refreshingly.
