Summary: The Data Project Manager role involves leading strategic transformation initiatives across the data landscape, focusing on Master Data Management, data transformation, and analytics solutions. The position requires strong Agile experience and excellent stakeholder management skills to deliver complex projects effectively. The role is fully remote and has a duration of six months, with a daily rate of £600 inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of data transformation and analytics projects including data governance, MDM, reporting and analytics platforms.
  • Develop detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables and dashboards to track performance and progress.
  • Champion Agile methodologies throughout the delivery process; support sprint planning, backlog refinement and continuous improvement ceremonies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising technical, business and external partners to achieve project outcomes.
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Drive consistent approaches to data quality, integration, transformation and reporting standards.
  • Communicate project status, insights and decision points clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience managing data, analytics and transformation programmes in a complex environment.
  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) delivery and governance principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile project delivery including Scrum/Kanban practices.

My client are looking for a Data Project Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives across our data landscape. You will drive delivery of high-impact data and analytics projects with a particular focus on Master Data Management (MDM), data transformation, and the implementation of robust analytics solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Agile experience, excellent stakeholder skills and a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-team programmes.
