Data Privacy & Protection Analyst (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) Location: Fully remote Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract We're looking for a Data Privacy & Protection Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an experiences privacy professional to support data protection compliance across the UK, Republic of Ireland and France/Europe , helping to drive a privacy-first culture while ensuring compliance with GDPR and related legislation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • As part of the EMEA Data Privacy & Protection team, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day privacy operations, working closely with stakeholders across the business to maintain and enhance our compliance framework.
  • Supporting Data Protection compliance activities across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Maintaining Records of Processing Activities (RoPA).
  • Managing privacy management systems, including OneTrust or similar platforms.
  • Supporting Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and data mapping activities.
  • Managing Data Subject Requests (DSRs) and ensuring regulatory deadlines are met.
  • Supporting consent management, data retention and deletion programmes.
  • Conducting vendor privacy risk assessments and reviewing Data Processing Agreements.
  • Supporting International Data Transfer Assessments.
  • Assisting with personal data breach management and security incident coordination.
  • Delivering privacy awareness support and helping embed a privacy-first culture across the organisation.
  • Responding to privacy-related queries from stakeholders across the business.

What We're Looking For

  • We're looking for someone who combines strong subject matter knowledge with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Essential experience includes: Good experience working with GDPR and data privacy legislation.
  • Good understanding of the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Experience using privacy management platforms such as OneTrust.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data from multiple systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience using project management tools or similar.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
