Data Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• We're looking for a Program Manager – Validation Operations Support to help optimize operational workflows, analyze performance metrics, and support vehicle depot operations.
• Analyze operational data, track performance metrics, and identify bottlenecks.
• Leverage AI tools and LLMs to streamline reporting and improve workflows.
• Build reports using Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational readiness and smooth handovers.
• Present performance insights and recommendations to operational leadership.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• 2+ years of experience in operations support, data analysis, or technical operations.
• Strong Google Sheets and Google Workspace skills.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Associate's/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel 15–30% and support onsite depot operations as needed.
