Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide extensive support for Data Center operations.
  • Expertise in L2/L3 IP protocols such as HSRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and VRF.
  • Understand multi-vendor/technology environments, especially Viptela SD-WAN.
  • Configure and troubleshoot IP protocols and hardware platforms.
  • Have a good understanding of Data Center infrastructure and connectivity.
  • Possess expertise in routing and switching.
  • Troubleshoot network-related issues and utilize tools like Wireshark for packet analysis.
  • Interact with customers to understand their network and service delivery requirements.
  • Provide 24/7 support as needed.
  • Manage vulnerability and lifecycle management.
  • Provide break-fix support for ongoing issues, including P1 and critical incidents.

Key Skills:

  • CCNP-ENCOR Certified or CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure.
  • Good to have Cisco ENSDENG certification.
  • Expertise in L2/L3 IP protocols.
  • Knowledge of Viptela SD-WAN.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for network issues.
  • Understanding of Data Center infrastructure.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

  • Expertise in L2/L3 IP protocols i.e. HSRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS and VRF.
  • Should have expertise in understanding of the multi-vendor/technology environment specialized in Viptela SD-WAN,
  • Should have knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting of IP protocols and hardware platform.
  • Good understanding of Data Center infrastructure and Branch/Headquarter connectivity.
  • Expertise knowledge of Routing and switching.
  • Troubleshooting expert of network related issues,
  • Sound understanding of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark and can-do packet analysis in deployment SD-WAN & SD-Access.
  • Interaction with Customer and Understanding customer network and Services Delivery requirement is must.
