Data Migration Specialist (Salesforce/SAP Concur)
Contract Type: Outside IR35
Duration: 3 - 6 months (Immediate start this month)

We are looking for two contract Data Migration Specialists to join our team for an immediate start this October. Following a recent business acquisition, you will assist with a critical data migration project as we transition our newly acquired company over onto our core enterprise systems (Salesforce, CMAP, and SAP Concur).
This is a fast-paced contract where you will hit the ground running, collaborating closely with our Systems and Finance teams to ensure seamless data quality, system cleanup, and cross-system consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- CMAP (PSA) Administration
- Input and update project metrics including hours, PO numbers, child accounts, resources, and project fields.
- Audit and update invoice schedules to ensure perfect alignment with contracts and POs.
- Mark completed projects as finished and close down obsolete or unused rate cards.
- SAP Concur Clean-up & Validation
- Maintain live user and project data within the Concur platform.
- Conduct a thorough clean-up of the Legacy Concur site to safely transition it to read-only status.
- Validate configuration and data accuracy within the Concur Travel module.
- Cross-System Data Quality & Auditing
- Collate Legacy data and handle verification steps during imports into core systems (Salesforce & CMAP).
- Audit user data profiles (starters, leavers, roles, access levels) across platforms for absolute consistency.
- Validate accuracy within our Data Cube reporting layer against primary source systems.
- General Support
- Deliver ad-hoc administrative support to the Finance and Systems functions.
- Maintain simple, clear project trackers documenting all system changes, closures, or escalated data flags.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven systems administration or data migration experience, ideally working within a post-acquisition or system-integration environment.
- High familiarity with at least one or more of the core platforms: CMAP (or similar PSA tools), SAP Concur, or Salesforce.
- Strong data validation skills with an analytical eye for spotting discrepancies across Legacy datasets.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup with the ability to deliver value from week one.
