The consultant will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams to convert messy datasets into actionable business narratives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and deliver sub-national performance insights from multiple data sources to Sales and Marketing leaders
  • Develop dashboards and reports to highlight product performance, market trends, and emerging opportunities
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and business insights that support commercial strategies
  • Define and track KPIs in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations leadership
  • Partner with Data Warehousing teams to enhance the commercial data infrastructure and reporting tools

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 6-8 years of analytical experience, with at least 3 years focused on pharmaceutical sub-national data
  • Strong understanding of syndicated pharmaceutical data sets such as IQVIA, Symphony, claims, and wholesaler data
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
  • Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization, with the ability to clearly communicate complex findings

Data Management Consultant

Our client is looking for a skilled Data Management & Analytics Consultant to help translate complex data into strategic sales insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on digging into numbers, building out dashboards, and driving decisions that shape go-to-market strategy. You ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams to turn messy datasets into clear, compelling stories that move the business forward.


  • Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about 80-90/HR W2
  • No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role
