Summary: The role of Business Consultant focuses on Data Governance and Data Excellence, aimed at supporting enterprise transformation initiatives. The consultant will lead governance and process optimization efforts, facilitate workshops, and assist stakeholders in implementing sustainable data management frameworks. This position requires a strong background in data governance practices and the ability to drive organizational change. The role is remote and involves collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance data management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on Data Governance frameworks, operating models, and best practices
- Conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and align target processes
- Support change management activities to drive user adoption and organizational readiness
- Define and optimize data quality, data ownership, and data lifecycle processes
- Analyze existing data processes and drive process standardization and improvement initiatives
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data Management (MDM)
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Good understanding of Business Process Management (BPM), data integration, and enterprise data architectures
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives
- Experience with blueprint design, governance models, and target operating models
- Experience with Data Governance tools and platforms such as Informatica, Collibra, Microsoft Purview, Blueway
- Nice to have: experience with dataspot
