Client Profile: Large U.S. financial services organization, operating in a regulated environment.
Engagement Overview: This engagement combines hands-on change support for active initiatives with the development of a foundational change management framework and toolkit that can be reused across the organization. The consultant will work closely with business leaders, data stewards, and cross-functional teams to improve readiness, alignment, and adoption while helping establish consistent change practices.
The organization is advancing enterprise data governance and data operating model initiatives and is focused on strengthening change management capabilities that can scale across future programs.
This person MUST have experience with data governance, financial services, data catalog change management this is the key for this project
