Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and processing of records and claims
  • Review and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Utilize systems such as:
  • Mainframe
  • Datacap
  • Provider Enrollment Portal
  • File Director
  • Validate data against multiple sources (manual + system-based)
  • Process and index claims (CMS-1500, UB-04 / CMS-1450)
  • Apply policies and procedures during data handling
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy
  • Support provider/stakeholder outreach as needed
  • Track work completion and ensure adherence to deadlines
  • Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as required
