Summary: The role of Data Entry Clerk is a contract position focused on processing insurance certificates and policy requests for a client based in Washington. The position is remote, requiring candidates to work within specific time zones and schedules. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process insurance certificates / policy requests - Commercial Insurance lines
  • Act as day-to-day subject matter expert on client policies
  • Data management
  • Data entry
  • Ability to shift between priorities, as needed, throughout the workday while maintaining an established level of productivity using time-management techniques
  • Ability to work required schedule based on location- 8:00 AM to 5: PM PST or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST (Hour Unpaid Lunch) Daily
  • Required skills and experience that will lead to success:
  • Interpreting client requirements and documents.
  • Data management experience.
  • Ability to work with data in Excel and proprietary Client systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to communicate well with clients, expert professionalism skills required.
  • Data Entry experience and attention to detail, with exceptional accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (intermediate Excel skills required).
  • Ability to pivot between multiple applications.
  • Prior experience in the commercial insurance industry will be helpful and considered first.

Position Details: Data Entry Clerk Remote-Washington Location : US - WA - Washington (REMOTE) Project Duration : 6+ Months
Pay range : $
18-$19/hr on W2
Will be working PST time zone (must be located in PST time zone, but not California) from 8:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST daily or can be located in an EST time zone and work schedule would be from 11:00 AM EST to 8:00 PM EST daily. Commercial Insurance Certificate Specialist Level 1
No exceptions on required physical work locations and shift schedules.
