Summary: The Data Clerk role involves managing data entry tasks and maintaining tracking documents for a globally recognized Media and Entertainment company. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry within bespoke NBCU systems.
- Manage and update tracking documents using MS Excel and Office 365.
- Report progress and maintain an organized schedule of works for the supervisor and project team.
- Support various order management workflows.
- Communicate progress and escalate issues via email and messaging systems.
- Handle ad hoc tasks related to data entry and management of contents lists.
