  • Review and validate off-net circuit data using spreadsheets and our client’s portal
  • Update portal records to remove optional charges and reduce business costs
  • Raise orders for circuit changes, ceases, and provisions via third-party portals
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners via email and portal communications
  • Escalate discrepancies or issues to the Team Manager for resolution
  • Maintain high standards of data entry and adhere to documented processes
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for process enhancements

Job Overview: As an Operations Administrator, you will support a high-impact cost reduction project focused on circuits. This is a purely administrative role involving data validation and portal updates, contributing to a potential business saving of up to £500,000. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals seeking a well-paid, short-term opportunity in a friendly and supportive team.

Job Details

Location: Remote (Birmingham once per month)

Rate: £20 per hour via Hays PAYE

Contract Length: Until 31/12/2025 (with visibility to extend)

Key Responsibilities
