Job Description
We are seeking skilled Data Engineers with strong expertise in Snowflake + Coalesce, data-pipeline development, orchestration, ETL/ELT, cloud data platforms, and modern data-engineering practices.
Build ingestion pipelines into Bronze layer from databases, files, and APIs.
Develop Silver and Gold transformations using dbt.
Enhance reusable metadata-driven ingestion frameworks.
Implement data quality, error handling, reconciliation, and observability.
Support profiling, defect resolution, and operational documentation.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews.
What we're looking for
Educational Qualifications: -
Engineering Degree BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.
Sc. / M.
Sc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Mandatory Technical skills: -
- Snowflake (minimum 5+ years hands-on development)
- Coalesce (Catalog, Quality, Transformation)
- Advanced SQL
- Python for data engineering and API integrations
- dbt (Core or Cloud) with production experience
- Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or Snowflake Tasks
- CDC/Replication tools (Fivetran, Qlik Replicate, Debezium, etc.)
- Git and CI/CD
- Agile delivery experience
- Claude AI
Good to have skills: -
- SnowPro Core certification
- AWS/Azure cloud storage integrations
- Experience with large-scale source consolidation programs
