Job Description
Day to Day activities: Measure success for a metric, identify what data points needs to be considers, build dashboards, build the data for the team to experiment on. Data Visualization DS will give the definition of the metrics. product manager can give insights into what good looks like and what’s the vision. Engineers will help on making sure the data is logged and make sure they get the right data. Any ongoing project: knowledge management – withing the support stage, the agents have a knowledge bases which they can query to resolve customer queries. They will also support Ad hoc request – supporting day to day with bug fixes, pulling data etc.
BI and integration tools: Azure data factory
Experience with data analyzing will be a plus.
