Key responsibilities
- Design and develop ETL solutions using Talend
- Build and maintain Oracle SQL and DDL artefacts
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline enhancements (GitLab)
- Investigate and resolve defects across development and testing phases
- Conduct component testing, including test data creation
- Support QA, performance testing, and production releases
- Perform peer reviews of development and test artefacts
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members
- Contribute to agile ceremonies and cross-team coordination
Skills and experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Talend (essential)
- Experience with Oracle databases (preferably RDS)
- Solid SQL and data modelling capability
- Experience working within structured SDLC and testing frameworks
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (eg GitLab)
- Experience in enterprise or public sector environments desirable
