Data Engineer - Remote - £600-£650 per day - 5 months+

My client is a global IT consultancy. They are looking for a Data Engineer to join them on a data migration project.
The Data Migration is to replace a Legacy database application with a new modernised application. As part of the programme, there is a requirement for the migration of historical data and the transformation of this data into new data structures. The proposed approach is to build a staging database for which this project will be responsible. In addition, there is a requirement to address data quality issues during this migration. The data migration is from Oracle to AWS RDS (Postgre SQL) and from a Legacy hosted environment to an AWS Cloud service.
LLDs are in progress, and we would be looking for our Data Engineer to review these and mature them further with a review of the data and to flesh out further requirements to pass to our database administrator
