Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead metric definition initiatives, including identifying data points, building visualisations, and enabling experimentation.
  • Support ongoing projects such as improving knowledge management systems used by support agents.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests including bug fixes, data pulls, and general analytics support.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in SQL (5+ years) and Python (5+ years).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or MicroStrategy.

You'll be working across two core teams—one supporting customer communication tools and another optimising the tools used by agents to resolve queries. Your role will be crucial in defining and building metrics, dashboards, and data flows that directly impact support quality.
