Overview
we are seeking a Data Engineer to support AI and analytics initiatives by improving customer-data accessibility, quality, and reliability.
The ideal candidate will have experience with customer systems, CCMB, and SAP environments and will help resolve data challenges impacting AI model performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and engineer customer data pipelines supporting AI solutions.
- Investigate data discrepancies between source systems, databases, and legacy reports.
- Work with business stakeholders to validate and reconcile data.
- Improve data quality and accessibility for AI and reporting use cases.
- Support migration and transformation of customer-related datasets.
- Identify and document data lineage and transformation logic.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Data Engineering experience.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience working with complex enterprise data environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot data quality and reporting issues.
- Experience partnering directly with business users and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Former Exelon employee or contractor.
- CCMB experience.
- SAP experience.
- Utility industry experience.
- Experience supporting AI/ML or advanced analytics initiatives.
