Data Centre Strategy & Offering Manager Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the UK Data Centre strategy, vision, and roadmap.
- Develop compelling Data Centre value propositions and service offerings.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Data Centre offerings from concept through to retirement.
- Develop go-to-market strategies that drive customer demand and business growth.
- Work closely with internal technology teams, partners, and global stakeholders to align portfolio strategy.
- Lead portfolio transformation initiatives to support future business objectives.
- Enable sales and delivery teams with the knowledge, tools, and collateral required to position offerings successfully.
- Promote Data Centre capabilities through engagement with customers, partners, vendors, and industry analysts.
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to ensure the portfolio remains competitive and relevant.
Data Centre Strategy & Offering Manager Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience developing Data Centre strategy and technology offerings.
- Must have Go-To-Market experience within the development of Data Centre Offerings.
- Extensive expertise in attraction to sell the development offerings.
- Proven experience within a global systems integrator or Data Centre specialist organisation.
- Strong portfolio management and product lifecycle.
- Deep understanding of Data Centre technologies, including AI, High Performance Computing (HPC), Quantum, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate strategy into business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across senior business, technology, partner, and vendor communities.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within large enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within multinational or global organisations.
