Summary: The Data Architect role focuses on leading the enterprise adoption of agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) within a managed service provider environment. The position requires strategic architectural leadership, governance framework definition, and collaboration with senior stakeholders to ensure responsible AI integration. The role also involves mentoring and building organizational capabilities in architecting AI solutions at scale. This position is primarily remote with occasional onsite requirements in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic architectural leadership for autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, and enterprise scale LLM integrations.
- Define enterprise architecture and governance frameworks for secure, compliant, and responsible AI adoption.
- Advise senior stakeholders on the organisational, technical, and SDLC impacts of agentic AI and LLM enabled systems.
- Set architectural guardrails for LLM use, including security, transparency, prompt governance, auditability, and Responsible AI alignment.
- Lead architecture reviews and governance forums to ensure quality, compliance, and risk management.
- Partner with external AI providers on LLM hosting, agent frameworks, safety testing, versioning, and operations.
- Mentor architects and build organisational capability in architecting AI solutions at scale.
Key Skills:
- Strong background as a Data, Solution, or Enterprise Architect in complex environments.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic AI patterns, and enterprise AI governance.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape programme wide AI strategy.
