Summary: We are seeking a Data Developer with over 12 years of experience in Data Engineering and ETL development, specifically for Salesforce migration projects. The role focuses on building and testing ETL pipelines to facilitate data migration and integration between legacy and new Salesforce systems. The candidate will be responsible for data quality validation and resolving data-related issues using SSIS. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, configure, and maintain data pipelines using SSIS for migrating data from the old Salesforce org to the new Health Cloud org.
  • Implement data mapping, transformation logic, and business rules as defined by the Data Architect.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and analysts to understand the data model and field-level requirements.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) structured data from Salesforce and external systems.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems.
  • Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data processing and audits.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data jobs, ensure performance optimization and log generation.
  • Support test data setup, mock data creation, and migration dry runs.
  • Maintain clear documentation for ETL processes and data flow logic.

Key Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with ETL tools like SSIS and optionally MuleSoft.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL scripts, views, joins, and stored procedures.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce object model (standard and custom).
