Role Overview
We are seeking a Data & Compliance Lead to support data governance, privacy, compliance readiness, and audit evidence for large-scale separation, migration, or TSA exit programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate data compliance activities across classification, residency, retention, minimization, segregation, masking, and deletion.
- Review migration and compliance evidence for completeness, traceability, and audit readiness.
- Partner with data privacy, cybersecurity, application, testing, migration, and audit teams.
- Track compliance gaps, risks, dependencies, remediation actions, and evidence.
- Support go-live, hypercare, and TSA exit compliance readiness.
- Provide clear status updates and escalation of compliance risks to program leadership.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in data governance, privacy, compliance, and regulated data.
- Knowledge of data classification, retention, deletion, masking, cleansing, and segregation.
- Experience with divestiture, separation, migration, or TSA exit programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with audit readiness, evidence validation, and compliance tracking.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple technical and business teams.
