Summary: The role of Data Analytics/HR Requirement Consultant involves supporting an international client in enhancing employee experience through data analytics and governance frameworks. The consultant will be responsible for defining reporting requirements, managing technical validation, and optimizing employee lifecycle journeys. This position is remote and is expected to start in March for a duration of nine months. Candidates should have a strong background in data analytics, preferably with experience in HR programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicitation and documentation of technical requirements
- Analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
- Creation of mechanisms and technical structures
- Planning and coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Implementation of the HR Employee operating model
- Documentation and maintenance of governance standards
- Tracking and documentation of journey status changes
- Creation of workshop materials and the documentation of sessions
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in Data Analytics
- Project experience with HR Employee Experience Programs - preferred but not a must
- Strong project experience as a HR consultant - preferred
- Experience in Analysing Data
- Experience with Governance Frameworks
- Understanding of Tableau, Foundry and Data integration - plus
- Fluency in English

For our international client, we are looking for an experienced Data Analytics/Requirement Consultant with experience in the HR or Employee Experience space. The project aims to create a stand-out, simplified employee experience via real-time listening and continuous improvement.
Your main task is to support the client in the definition of reporting requirements, the management of technical validation activities, and the implementation of governance frameworks to optimize employee lifecycle journeys and AI-driven feedback loops.
Tasks:
