Summary: The Data Analytics Engineer (Pricing/Revenue Ops) role involves leveraging data analytics to drive insights and inform pricing strategies within a leading healthcare company. Key Responsibilities:
- Using data to drive insights, build models, and guide business decisions that directly impact revenue and customer value.
- Conducting exploratory data analysis and statistically testing to understand pricing impacts and customer behaviour.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Product to shape pricing strategy.
- Monitoring and evaluating pricing performance and continuously refine models based on market trends and business needs.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, ideally with a focus on pricing, revenue optimisation, or similar.
- Strong statistical and modelling skills – regression, time series analysis, clustering, etc.
- Strong experimentation experience, frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
- Ideally have experience with pricing-related datasets and metrics (e.g. price elasticity, competitive pricing, customer value).
- Proficiency in Python or R, and SQL.
