Key Responsibilities:
- Perform deep data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making and strategic planning through forecasting and predictive modeling.
- Translate complex business questions into clear analytical frameworks, data requirements, and queries, ensuring alignment between business vision and technical implementation.
- Document and interpret intricate business processes across multiple enterprise applications, collaborating closely with subject matter experts, project managers, developers, QA teams, and end users.
- Drive effective cross-team collaboration by clearly communicating insights, defining role responsibilities, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of data, AI, and advanced analytics initiatives.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years in data analytics and BI delivery with strong expertise in data warehousing, data platforms, reporting, and dashboards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure Data & AI technologies (Synapse, SQL Server, Analysis Services, Power BI, Data Lake) and experienced with relational databases, including Oracle and SQL Server.
- Extensive JD Edwards EnterpriseOne/Oracle EBS experience (10+ years) supporting finance, capital asset management, and procurement modules, with proven skills in data conversions, master data management, and troubleshooting third-party interfaces.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or finance (or equivalent experience), with a strong ability to translate business needs into effective analytics solutions.
