The SAP Data Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the One Programme, with a specific focus on the One SAP initiative for the Council.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Develop and deliver integrated data analysis and reporting that support the programme's objectives, Data Migration and Cutover Plans
  • Create comprehensive data reports, including data visualisations, dashboards, and online material, ensuring effective evaluation as part of programme delivery.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the ERP transformation process.
  • Collaborate with the One SAP Procurement Team to understand strategic outcomes and requirements.

• Data Management:
  • Create and manage data repositories (eg, SharePoint) to ensure best data management practices.

• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work with stakeholders across the council to ensure seamless data integration and management.
  • Provide support as required to other team members

Key requirements:

• Knowledge of local and central government procurement processes.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and techniques to extract and present data effectively.
• Experience with SAP Ariba Guided Buying and Sourcing.
• Experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI is a plus.
• Configuration, customisation, and support of Ariba SRM modules.
• Generating and analysing reports in Ariba SRM.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
