Summary: The role of Data Analyst focuses on converting manufacturing systems into SAP S/4, requiring strong experience in SAP's manufacturing areas. The position involves working closely with clients to define requirements, document transformation rules, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful data migration from legacy systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of data conversion processes and SAP functionalities, particularly in manufacturing contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with client to define the requirements and design the transformation to convert data from legacy (non-SAP) systems into SAP.
- Document requirements and mapping/transformation rules.
- Work with the technical team to implement the solution and ensure the solution meets business requirements.
- Work with business, SAP functional teams, and technical team to identify and resolve data defects.
- Support data loads and validation of data through test and production load cycles.
- Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group.

Duties:

- The client also holds an Enterprise Zone exemption in Cordova, Illinois
Skills:
- Must have experience with the data conversion life cycle.
- Converting data from legacy (non-SAP) systems into SAP.

- Able to do basic querying and data validation using SQL and Excel
- Capable of analyzing data issues with the assigned subject area and work with developers, process teams, and business users to identify the root cause and drive resolution.
