Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data profiling to uncover data issues and translate to cleansing tasks.
- Design and automate processes to identify and validate data issues in collaboration with SMEs.
- Design and automate monitoring of ongoing data quality and cleanup activity.
- Generate data quality assessment and weekly statistical reports.
- Conduct root cause analysis for data anomalies.
- Define data quality rules and cleansing strategies.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of data catalog, IDMC, CDI, CDQ, Informatica MDM, Reference data management.
- Data Profiling skills, especially using Informatica IDQ (on-prem as well as CDQ: cloud data quality).
- Data Cleansing skills, especially using Informatica IDMC toolkit (that covers both on-prem as well as cloud-based data stores and databases).
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision; ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and directional changes under short and firm deadlines.
- Experience in Agile environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in data related projects.
- Advanced interpersonal skills to collaborate with SMEs to validate data issues.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
- Experience with child welfare case management systems and Data domain surrounding child welfare case management systems.
