Summary: The Data Analyst - Metrix role focuses on managing marketing KPIs and metrics, enhancing dashboards, and providing insights through data analysis. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the definitions of marketing KPIs and metrics.
- Maintain and enhance the CMO dashboard.
- Build BI dashboards and reports for marketing leaders to make data-driven decisions.
- Provide weekly marketing performance reports & updates.
- Conduct deep analysis of marketing data to discover insights about campaign performance, channel effectiveness, demand gen efficiency and pipeline conversion.
- Benchmark performance across all online channels and advise on KPIs, conducting trending analysis.
- Analyze customer segments and their journey against target KPIs, providing optimization recommendations.
- Create PowerPoint slides and narratives to share insights across sales, marketing and product teams.
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at manager’s discretion.
