Summary: The Data Analyst-II role focuses on supporting the Client Ads business by managing data operations, ensuring accuracy and consistency across advertiser accounts and catalogs. The position involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Catalog, and Operations teams, primarily utilizing Salesforce and internal systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data entry and updates into Salesforce, in partnership with Sales teams.
  • Leverage 3P data sources (Nielsen) and DoorDash internal data to develop a SoT for Client manufacturers' businesses on DoorDash.
  • Work within DoorDash systems to create advertiser accounts at scale.
  • Review and audit Client brands catalogs at scale, partnering with DoorDash catalog team to update and maintain to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain high quality catalog content and accurate reporting data by building robust and accurate processes to manage and monitor content and reporting infrastructure.
  • Help to build scalable tools and systems to improve our data infrastructure and workflows over time.
  • Streamline processes where optimizations can be made to better scale and automate.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in business analytics, operations, or consulting.
  • Experience supporting Client advertisers or in retail/digital media is a plus.
  • Intermediate to Advanced SQL experience preferred.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with catalog/data management systems; experience with large datasets a plus.
  • Ability to apply AI tools to streamline workflows and audit data at scale.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
  • Comfortable with repetitive, detail-heavy tasks, while also spotting opportunities for process optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
