Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis for projects post-launch, identifying areas for improvement and sharing feedback with the team.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making across multiple programs and business units.
- Collaborate with systems program managers to implement tooling changes, support root-cause analysis, and audit workflows.
- Support daily execution of programs requiring regular communication and coordination with cross-functional partners.
- Aid in developing and refining technology roadmaps to ensure project goals are met.
- Build relationships with operations, product, engineering, and data science teams to facilitate cross-team collaboration.
- Assist in execution tracking and outbound team communications, including dashboard setup and project status updates.
Key Skills:
- 2–5 years’ experience in data analysis and interpretation of large datasets.
- Proficient in SQL and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Lucid Charts, Figma).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, interpersonal skills.
