Remote - Outside IR35, very occasional travel to London (expenses covered)

Rate - 500 to 550 per day

Digital Skills are recruiting for a Data Analyst to work on a People Data Management programme.

We require expert data analysts with PowerBI, Power Query, MS Excel, Visual Basic, and ideally Python programming skills. This is working on a large divestment, with significant configuration of Workday; therefore experience in this or any other HR/People Data management experience that would be beneficial.

Scope:

• Capture all up-to-date employee data from Workday
• Help support continuous change control
• Help maintain tool used by HR teams for mapping end-state for all employees, along with migration to new data structures
• Enable data migration into Workday test-environment for Go-Live incl. full data cleanse
• Support and lead (where required) data consolidation and distribution processes
• Help establish data hygiene and data quality

• Org design Leaf-level data structures
• As Is data structures
• Consolidated dataset
• Automated dashboards
• Change control backlog support

Required skill set/background: Mandatory Tools (PowerBI, Power Query, MS Excel, Visual Basic)

Desirable Tools (Python, API Development etc.), good comms skills.
